Day-to-day coordination (assigning tasks, tracking deadlines, running QA checks) happens automatically. Anything client-facing or financial requires a human to confirm before it goes out.

What happens if the AI makes a wrong QA call?

You can review any submission and its QA result directly in the dashboard, override the decision, and send it back for correction - the system doesn't hide its reasoning.

Is my client's data shared with anyone else?

No. Project data stays scoped to your account and the third-party infrastructure providers required to run the service (such as hosting and email delivery), under standard data-processing terms - never sold or shared for marketing.
