Before building this, I was doing project coordination the hard way myself - turning client briefs into tasks, chasing follow-ups, and checking whether delivered work actually matched what was promised. I built AI Office Pro to solve that exact problem: it takes a client brief and automatically turns it into organized tasks, assignments, deadlines, QA checks, and risk alerts.

Think of it as an office AI that runs the coordination work a project manager would normally do - so a small team can operate like a much larger one, without adding headcount.
