AI Office Pro automates much of the day-to-day coordination traditionally handled by a project manager—such as task breakdown, assignment, QA routing, status updates, and client sign-off.
How much does it cost?+
The Pro plan is ₹2,499/month, billed monthly, no contract. There's also a Free plan (1 project, 3 tasks, 1 demo AI pipeline run) so you can try it before paying anything.
Is there a refund policy?+

How long does setup take?+
About 5 minutes. Sign up, create your first project, and the AI pipeline runs on your first brief immediately — no onboarding call needed.
What happens when work fails QA?+
It's routed straight back to the worker with the reason attached — automatically. No manager has to notice, no meeting has to happen.
Is my data and payment information secure?+
Payments are processed through Razorpay with signature verification. Your project data is never sold or shared with third parties. Only authorized team members can access your workspace based on their permissions.
Who is this actually for?+

Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from your account whenever you want.
How does the AI decide who gets assigned a task?+
Based on team skills, current workload, and past performance on similar tasks. You can always reassign manually if needed.
Can I override or approve AI decisions?+
Yes. High-stakes decisions like budget changes, scope changes, and anything client-facing are routed to you for approval. The AI flags the decision; it does not make it unilaterally.

The AI Cascade Engine is the intelligence layer that powers AI Office Pro. Instead of relying on a single AI model, it routes each request to the most suitable AI service and automatically switches if one is slow or unavailable. It also uses your project's history and context to deliver more accurate results, while routing high-impact decisions to you for approval.
Does the AI learn from my team's past projects?+
The AI uses your project's context, task history, and current team workload to improve assignments and risk detection within your workspace.
